• The client will assume the expenses incurred in the transport logistics to Agua Bendita facilities. Choose a courrier (e.g., the Post Office), and ship it to the following address: 5220 NW 72nd Ave #3, Miami, FL 33166, United States. We recommend using a traceable courier company for the product return.
•Make your return request up to 15 days after you receive the order.
•We accept returns and exchanges on all full price purchases. SALE items are not returnable or refundable.
•All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.
•Agua By Agua Bendita reserves the right to deny a refund if items have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
•Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
•All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method.
•All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 12 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
•Products under “FINAL SALE” identifications cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Discounts with promotional or seasonal coupons are not cumulative among them or any products with a discount already applied at the online store.
•All swimsuits or bikini bottoms must have the hygienic liner. We will not be able to accept the return if the hygienic liner was removed.
•The product will be subjected to an inspection to verify compliance with the terms described in this policy. Please keep in mind that we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected, and additional. In accordance with our policy, if in any case you are charged more than the published or advertised price, we will refund you the difference guaranteeing the advertised price.
For our European customers and for costumers whose legislation recognizes statutory rights different from the above stated, this International Online Return Policy does not limit your statutory rights, including your statutory right of cancellation, returns or product’s warranty.

The warranty as described below is subject to the limits and other herein described conditions, this warranty only applies to a sales agreement between AGUA by Agua Bendita and the Buyer, for purchases made through www.aguabyaguabendita.com
Unless something different is specifically indicated in the portal in relation to a product, All AGUA by Agua Bendita's products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are revealed during the period of 60 days since the date of purchase, and you inform us during that same period.
If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge, within 30 days after the product is delivered to our warehose. This time could be extended in case a replacement parts will be imported outside the Country or the defected or damage product must be shipped to our factory.
When making a claim, we recommend that you deliver a clean product to our team.
Any warranty claim must be analyzed by the area in charge, which will determine the origin or not of the same, after analyzing the property object of the claim, and will be given the answer within a term of fifteen (15) business days.
You may request a refund, exchange, or balance in favor if their item presents any of the following criteria of non-conformity in quality:
a. Non-conformity in the stamping:
● Bad stamping.
● Moved or overlaid print.
● Stamping with voids.
● Print with spots.
b. Non-conformity in the confection:
● Broken or perforations.
● Loose seams.
● Collected seams.
● Elastic without adjustment.
● Elastic gathered.
● Measurements that do not fit the size.
● Threads busted.
● Defective snaps or zippers.
● Seamless seams.
c. Non-conformity on the fabric:
● Motes.
● Color migration.
● Solid fabric.
● Burst fibers.

Availability of spare parts:
The term of availability of spare parts, products, supplies, and trained labor in case of repair request will be 30 days from the purchase date. The costs associated with a repair - not covered by warranty - will be borne by the customer.
After thirty (30) days, we can, but are not required to, attempt to assist with repairs, including providing a replacement for some parts such as lost buttons, zippers, snaps, laces, to the extent that these repair services are subject to the analysis of each case by the area in charge.
Exclusions:
Damage occurred due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner are excluded from this warranty, in any of those cases at our discretion we will repair the product for a charge that we deem to be reasonable, or we will notify you to inform you that we cannot be repaired it. AGUA BENDITA SAS reserves the right to charge the Warranty beneficiary with the costs of service, transportation, insurance and customs clearance if the defect does not fall within the scope of this Warranty or the product has not been proven defective.
The Warranty does not cover:
a. Consumables or parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear.
a. Damages resulting from incorrect usage or care inconsistent with the specifications attached to or deliver with the product;
b. Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, third party interventions or alterations or other external factors;
c. Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials;
d. Damages due to the user's fault or lack of knowledge;
AGUA BENDITA SAS reserves the right to replace the defective product or its component with a free-of-defects equivalent thereof, provided that such equivalent ensures functionality equal to or higher than the original product or component. The replaced defective product or components shall become the property of AGUA BENDITA SAS.
The Warranty period is extended during the repair time that product stays in the AGUA BENDITA SAS's Service Center.
The rights granted by this Warranty shall not include the right of the Warranty beneficiary to claim any lost profits in connection with defects of the product. AGUA BENDITA SAS shall not be held responsible for any material losses caused by the defective product.
